Why Should You Return?

You made a decision to purchase it!
You paid for it!
And if you receive the product that is not what it was described then please contact with your invoice number and date and state the reason for return.
Do not return the product without permission and in case you do so we do not refund. Items sent back without prior communication and approval by seller will not be accepted.
All return request must be made within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days of delivery all purchases are considered final. After hearing your return request if we approve the return then items must be postmarked for return shipment within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping fee will not be refunded and the buyer is also responsible for paying return shipping cost with insurance and custom duties leviable.
Items received back in new condition and original packaging according to aforementioned procedure will be returned for store credit or exchange only. No money back returns at this time.
Please remember that returns are assessed on case to case basis at seller’s discretion. Seller retains the right to decline any and all returns.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS UTMOST IMPORTANT AND WE ONLY SEND GOODS THAT ARE EXACTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DESCRIPTION.
Additionally custom made ,sized to order discounted pieces are not refunded.

In exceptional cases if refund is given then we charge a restocking fee of 20 percent for normal orders and if the order is customised and buyer goes for refund in exceptional case then restocking fee of 30 percent will be charged.
